Worse diaper rash since switching to whole milk?

Anyone else? Seems like my son is pooping straight acid or something the poor things bum has been so red on and off no matter how quickly we change him and put cream on :(

Diaper rash can be a sign of an allergy. Let the doctor know. My son can't drink pineapple juice or he gets it bad. If I give him too much milk, he will get it. I have tried every cream I can find and the prevent a&d works best out of the creams but baby powder is what I have had to use lately. I have also been giving him baking soda baths and keeping him out of a diaper for small stints. His poor little butt after the pineapple juice was completely red where his urine went and bleeding bad in places. We are down to just 2 little spots now that bleed anytime he poops and have to use a wipe. I put cream on when it bleeds and powder when it isn't. It has been about a week and a half since the juice and that was the only time he had it. My oldest insta daughter is allergic to pineapple also.

Omg I thought this was just my son! His poor little butt! I have been crazy with butt paste and aquaphor trying to combat it
