Bleeding at the PIO shots injection site (TMI)

I just did my self the PIO shot (I’ve done it many times before) but it happens the first time to get so much blood. When I finished inserting the oil and pushed out the syringe , it like exploded with blood on the floor. But it stopped right away. Should I be worried? Should I call the nurse? I mention that after inserting the needle I pulled back a little to see if any blood is coming inside and none, it was a little bubble air. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I felt that the needle moved a little while it was inside, so I don’t know what to think🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
