What does your 9 month eat.

I feel like I’m starving my
Child all he want is milk and applesauce. What are you moms feeding your 9 month olds??

If that’s all he wants, that’s plenty until our babies are 1yo. But you can offer him different foods to play with. I like to put new food on a plate with foods that I know she really enjoys. 
My baby loves hummus, strawberries, different pasta shapes, yogurt, cucumber, peanut butter toast, and baked tofu.

If that's all he wants I think thats fine! My daughter just recently wants to eat All. Day. Long. So she breastfeeds 6-7 times a day. For breakfast we'll do either oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, fruit, or toast with peanut butter or avocado. Dinner will sometimes be what we have, the other day she had enchiladas but yesterday I made her pasta and Turkey carrot meatballs. Then throughout the day she'll have cheerios or puffs, sometimes an arrowroot cookie. I find a lot of ideas on pinterest!

My son is 8months old and he drinks 19-20 oz formula in a day (6bottles 3-4oz each).
We do purees/solids in lunch and dinner (6-7oz total). In the evening i give him cereal puffs as snacks.
I feed him mainly purees (both homemade and store bought) but since last 3-4 days we are moving to textures and fork mashed. He loves mashed potatoes, carrots boiled with little butter, apple, pears, spinach, kale, peas and sweet potatoes. We also do oatmeal with peanut butter which is his all time favorite. I gave him fish today for the first time and he absolutely loved it. He doesn’t have a big appetite. He loves food but not more than 2-3 oz at a time.

Literally everything lol. 
Breakfast is yogurt, toast, cottage cheese, pancakes/waffles, and fruit. (Egg allergy so a lot of breakfast foods are off the table)
Lunch is dinner left overs
Dinner is whatever we are eating!

Usually peanut butter toast, a handful of Cheerios, a yogurt, & a fruit for breakfast. Then some yogurt melts or puffs for a snack. Lunch is usually leftovers: pasta, a grilled cheese, or a turkey sandwich, or baby food purée. For dinner I give him whatever I’m having. (Sometimes I’ll give him a second snack that day if he seems hungry.) He also drinks 21-24 ounces of formula now.

I offer my son whatever the rest of the family is eating. Breakfast is usually pretty boring because I don’t cook elaborate things for that meal. Pancakes, toast with butter or PB, Cheerios, fruit, eggs. He has been a good eater for us so far! I made vegetable beef soup the other night and we have it to him, just strained the broth and he loved it!

Avocado, sweet potato, mixed veggies, green beans, regular potato, banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, peanut butter toast, almond butter, yogurt, and puffs are our go-to’s.
