Essential oils and babies?

Can I diffuse essential oils in a bedroom with my 3 month old baby?

It depends which oil? Peppermint and eucalyptus are not safe along with a large list of other ones.  And you could only do it briefly- about 10 minutes. Their liver is so little so it’s hard for them to process and detoxify it

In general, no. There may be some that are safe for short periods of time, but for most their bodies can’t properly process them. I would suggest contacting a certified aromatherapist, not a sales rep for an mlm company.

Yes it is safe, I do it all of the time with my 3yr old and 11month old
