My lower back is killing me
I’m only 7dpo and I’m trying not to symptom spot but this is not kind of hurting it’s like a dull ache, crampy feeling in my lower back and I’m about to take some ibuprofen for it because it aches pretty bad. AF is due in 8 days and I only get this back ache when I’m on day 2 of my period but it feels the same for sure. I’ve stretch and tried to ignore it but it’s been since yesterday and it feels the same today.
