Is it ok for baby to sleep like this?

My baby is 5 months,  she recently learnt how to roll from back to tummy, but doesn't know how to roll from tummy to back. This afternoon I found her sleeping like this. Should I turn  her. I have no peace of mind  Im constantly checking whether she is breathing.

Personally I would keep putting babe back on their back till they can roll both ways. And also heads up those crib bumpers are extremely unsafe and at a high suffocation risk.

I would remove the bumper but otherwise it is what it is. You can’t be expected to watch baby sleep the entire night.

My daughter has slept like this since 2 months old 😭 she is 2 and still sleeps face down ass up 😣🙇🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

First, remove the bumpers since those are absolutely a suffocation risk. Second, if you find her like this then I'd roll her over, but she will end up like this from time to time. My son used to sleep like this and it drove me nuts because he would not move his head sideways so always had his face against the mattress. He somehow breathed through it all...but I would move him every time I saw him like this.

I would keep moving baby until she can roll both ways just in case she gets stuck face down. 
Everyone is criticizing your bumpers so I thought i would offer a friendly alternative: mesh bumpers! They are breathable so if baby rolls up against it- no suffocating. I think this is the one we have.

Yes is ok but only if your like watching them .... but to sleep a whole night no sweetie ...... but it’s good to put babies like that for their fluids and they like it 🥰 but only if they are being watched 👀💕❣️❣️🥰🥰❣️💕💕💕
