I get my first sono done on Nov 18th. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. So I know they count your weeks from your last months period, according to that I am 5 weeks and 1 day today. I read from some ladies that when they went for sono they were actually behind in weeks. Example they think they are 8 weeks but when they go to sono they say 4-5 weeks. Does this always happen. I get excited reading my baby's progress on the apps but if it's not as developed as it says on app I probably will be a little sad. 

So what did you guys experience??
