HELP!!!!

My bf and I have been TTC for years! We got pregnant in 2014 but I lost the baby AND a Fallopian tube from an ectopic pregnancy. This month, my period came on time. The first day I had regular bleeding, the second was mild. The third day I barely bled and today it’s gone. Has this happened to anyone? Should I take a test? I’m trying not to get excited because when I do, I always get a negative test. I have 1 child (he’s 14) and I really want another before I get too old (I’m 32). Any advice?
