I am a very hard worker, I am told all the time I do a great job and am viewed as a resource for the company. Someone people can go to with questions. I know many things outside of my department and or job requirements.

However, I am extremely underpaid. We received raises at the beginning of the year and there were different levels of “company needs”. I was placed in the lowest category, although I work with many different departments and levels of workers. I am relied upon for very important tasks and keep myself busy. I am a great team player, and I am a problem solver.

These are their words!! I’m not tooting my own horn.

Then why do I not get appropriate raises? Why am I always in the bottom of the barrel.

I go on maternity leave after this month. I am thinking about finding a new job while I am on leave. I hate to start over as I have been with this company for years, but I am tired of being passed up on promotions and used.

I’m very hurt and upset over this. I just want maternity leave to start already.

Yes, we have annual performance reviews, which I have done well on.
