Hi! I also have a dildephic uterus. I’ve had two pregnancies. One miscarriage and one healthy baby girl. I asked my obgyn this same question and I didn’t like her answer, but she was right. There’s nothing you can do but take it easy (nap when you need to nap, relax and eat when you’re hungry) and try your best not to stress. A calm, healthy mama means the same for your growing little bean!I listened to a lot of meditation podcasts and would talk to my daughter in early pregnancy. The mind/body connection was helpful for me.. just for a small sense of control and peace of mind. Lots of luck, mama! Let me know if you have any questions or need support from someone who’s been there.
PREGNANT!! Now what do I do?
I’ve had a lot of losses... would really love some advice from you ladies on what do or not do in early pregnancy to better my chances! I actually have a full didelphic uterus with two cervix so my doctors want to monitor me extremely closely.
