So I was on the depo 11 months my first shot was( 2018 april 22 )

My last shot was ( 2018 December 26 ) and I didnt have a period MARCH APRIL OR MAY OF 2019 , I had my first period JUNE 7th till the 11th , I had another JULY 16th till the 20th , I had another AUGUST 20th till 25th , I had another SEPTEMBER 20th till 25th , I had another OCTOBER 17th till 20th , I had another NOVEMBER 20th till 25th , I had another DECEMBER 26th till 30th , I had another JANUARY 27 till 1st , I DIDNT HAVE ONE FEBRUARY AND I HAVEN'T STARTED ONE THIS MONTH . My tits have been super sensitive since FEBRUARY I mean so sensitive I can't lay on them without waking up because it hurt I cant hardy touch them because they hurt and I've had cramping in my lower back and stomach every other day or so but that the only thing bothering me , should I take a pregnancy test or do yall think it's just something the depo has to do with ? I dont know what's going on so any info would be appreciated thanks .
