Really exagerated shooting pain under ribs??

I feel a pain in under my right rib sometimes and it is Extremely Painful. I feel like I suddenly run out of breath and sink in my stomach..

I had the same pain. It felt very sharp and it felt like it was underneath the ribs, it turned out I had 6 gaul bladder stones, and had to get surgery to remove my gaul bladder.
