So I’m 18 and I got a hormonal IUD (Kyleena) about a month ago and had all the normal spotting and pain symptoms which just seemed to stop recently. Today I noticed that I have a weird almost period crampy/nauseous feeling in my lower abdomen again and I’m also starting to get spotting again as well but this only started after my boyfriend and had sex last night, and he said he could feel the string, (for the second time since I got the IUD) so I’m not really sure what to do now or if this is something to be taken seriously as I can still feel the string. If anyone has any experience or expertise on this subject, any comments would be greatly appreciated!
