This is gonna sound so stupid, but I’ve had my period for about 7 days now,

I only typically bleed for 3-4 days.

It’s barely a period, more light spotting on and off, on around day 3 of the light spotting I started taking the hormone pill again because I wanted to cut my period short, but now I’m getting occasional bleeding,very light, browny red, consistency of water type bleeding.

Have I done my body wrong by stopping taking the placebo pill?
