I have been working at a daycare facility for about 3 months now. 2 people have left and there is gossip and drama. Management is awful. I work from 12 to 6 (30 min. Break) and they said that I don't get a 10 minute break. I'm not sure if that's true or not. Anyways, theres so much about this place that screams get me out of here. But I have not been successful finding a new job that pays a decent salary.. Friday I called out sick. And I recieved news that even though the schools shut down because of the corona virus, we will remain open. I'm concerned that om really sick and have to miss more days because they recently gave us all a note stating that employees can only have 3 unexcused absences in a 6 month period and that a doctors note does not excuse this. And that we will receive a written warning. Im not sure what to do.
