I’m having a problem with breast duct clogging anyone know a way to help unclog and with the horrible pain I’m afraid it’ll turn into mastitis

I use this while I pump  along with extra large breast heat packs. I'll post that link below. A shower with a massaging setting on the head. All 3 together are life savers.

These are the BEST I bought 2 sets. One for hot and 1 for in the fridge. Rotate when sore.

Go get in the shower and get it as warm as you can, and massage the ducts. Get the duct softened, it’s not pleasant but it will feel better hopefully once you can get the duct Unclogged.
