Get a lube 
Maybe you aren't drinking enough water
If you're dry you could be dehydrated. 
If you're getting a yeast infection constantly you could be eating a bad diet of mostly sugar and bread or bread products also don't eat cheese it creates the canidia bacteria, invest in some healthy foods like vegetables or a salad I think spring mix is the best type.
Anyways, the best way to balance my vagina I've found was apple cider vinegar "with mother" the type you eat.
Take a bath no soap, and a cup full of acv. Soak in there for an hour or so it should clear up on it's own.
It's likely you've already been to the dr and had constant antibiotics so you probably are immune to the antibiotics for it. So my advice is if that doesn't work and you want a fur sure way take a small tampon with half acv half water and insert inside you for 10 minutes. 
That or you can buy a douche. 
You can also eat some but that's bad for your teeth 
But remember,  do not use soap on your vagina! You're not supposed too and likely could be causing your problem
Your ph is already off right now 
So stay away from soap after you are healed and you feel like you have to use soap use baby soap 
Anyways if you're constantly having sex with someone likely they are spreading the bacteria back and forth 
Do not have sex until you are healed, and wear a condom after.

Are you on birth control?
When I was on birth control, I had chronic yeast infections and was constantly dry. 
If you’re not on birth control, then you may not be getting rid of that yeast infection completely. Make sure you abstain from sex while treating it until it’s completely gone, and make sure your partner is treated for it as well as they may just be giving it right back to you.
