Yolk Sac 5W2D?

Hey ladies, I had my first ultrasound this week at 5W2D before starting me on progesterone. She said she could see the gestational sac and yolk sac but that it was too early to see much else.

Is the little dot in the middle of the gestational sac the yolk sac? If so does that look normal? Most of the ones I have looked at online look like rings. It may be that I am super early but the ultrasound tech said everything looked appropriate for how far along I am. Thoughts? They want me to come in for another scan in a week.
