My daughter was born via c section yesterday. This morning she had a hearing test that checked brain activity when sounds were heard. She passed in her right ear right away but failed in her left and did not give info as to why. They told me they will retest tomorrow morning because she may have fluid in her ears that normally gets released from vaginal births which may have caused her to fail since she was a c section. My husband and I do not have any auditory issues on either side to our knowledge. Has this happened before?
