Light bleed after sex

Is that normal? Also note I’ve had an IUD for a year. Can light bleeding happen especially if it was a bit rough of sex? I’m not in pain or anything, I wasn’t even aware of it until later when the bf asked if i was possibly on my period and i was like that finished last week? Just confused and hoping for reassurance
