Eating habits and temperature

Does anyone else’s appetite changes?? I can eat 2 small things one day and be filled and then the next day I’ll eat just eat all day. It’s been like this all my life and I know my appetite is weird but it always freaks me out thinking I’m pregnant. But I take BC pretty well and we use condoms with spermicide.

I also get weird hot or cold flashes. They come and go usually towards the end of my period. My temp during and after my period is so weird.

Does anyone else have both or one of these problems??
