Home remedies for thrush? I’m so annoyed!

So I keep getting yeast infections after my period. I shower daily and have good hygiene. Every time I go to the doctor, they prescribe different things and none of them have worked! It keeps coming back. Does anyone have any other remedies that have been proven to work? Help a girl out because I’ve had ENOUGH! 😞

Welcome to my life. You need to change your diet. Less sugar, yeast and carbs.  I suggest a probiotic intimate wash with cranberry extract. I use vagsil. Best cut out all bread drink some celery juice. It helps detox your body. I also have baths with apple cider vinegar. Natural Greek yoghurt is also good. The dr's don't help me as my mum gets the same thing every month straight after our periods. Seeing a naturopath may be helpful as well good luck.

Take a probiotic daily & avoid sugary foods, treats & drinks ! Try some yogurt too like plain or vanilla check the grams of sugar tho
