Spotting 4 weeks 4 days

So last night when i peed i noticed light pink spotting when i wipped. This happened quite a few times last night then stopped. I had a tiny bit this morning too. I called the clinic and because iv not got any cramping (although im nervous and have butterflies in my stomach so cant really tell if i have cramping) and iv not really had any other than when i wipe they said they dont need to see me. But if i get worse iv to call and then they get me in.

Basically i need to hear if this has happened to anyone else and had a happy ending? Im so nervous that i could be miscarrying 😫😭

Clinic said it could be implantation but surely that would of happened last week?
