Ladies need advice please

Yesterday I had some pink EWCM only abit when I wiped then nothing, then my cm turned ew now it's bk normal again, anyone have any ideas? I have an appointment tomorrow with doctor but still abit worried as had 3 missed MC And I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnent x
