6yr old daughters belly button

not sure where to post this but I just got my daughter out of the shower (she'll officially be 6 in 8 days & I'm teaching her how to shower on her own, just started today!) & noticed her belly button looked off. I asked her if it hurts or if she poked or scratched it & she said no. should I take her to the drs for it? shes 1 out of 5 kids. 2nd oldest. also the only girl. the kids all like to wrestle. still looks strange to me. we live in ohio & everything is strict quarantine right now where we are & it's crazy out here right now. so I dont want to take her anywhere unless its absolutely necessary . should I wait to see what it looks like tomorrow before panicking?! sorry
