Implantation

Hey guys !! I need opinions, So my fiancé and I have recently been trying to get pregnant... literally been doin it like rabbits...lol 😂 I was supposed to have my period 2 weeks ago, and it already had been 11 days late. I started bleeding on Saturday evening and it ending yesterday. Could this implantation bleeding? Like every time I’ve taken a multiple tests it’s came out negative... In 2018 I had a d&c from a miscarriage.. so could my uterus be damaged or Is there something wrong with me on why I can’t have a baby anymore?
