COVID19 Hotspots and custody

So i have sole custody of my child, but his dad has visitation every other weekend. He lives in detroit (one of the highest infected areas in MI right now). This weekend he decided to disregard me begging him to keep my son out of the public and took him tons of public places. 4 days later, he has a cough and sore throat. Im terrified of him getting sick because I have a 2 week old infant and no one knows how itll affect them, but im assuming as with most respiratory illnesses it isnt good for infants. I plan on telling my sons dad that he wont be taking him for visits since he cant follow ditections to keep our son safe and clealry doesnt give a shit about my family and the fact i have a newborn to worry about also. As well as myself because im also still recovering from birth and an infection in my uterus so im compromised.

Anyone think id have an issue with FOC about keeping my son home over his dads irresponsibility? I was hoping that since majority of the country is in chaos and shutting down that theyd understand me not wanting to send my child away to a hotspot for the virus with someone who thinks this is all a joke.
