red area by nipple that is painful.. help
i’m 8 days away from my period and my breasts usually get sore before a period but my right nipple has this large red mark that hurts when pressed on. I don’t know if it’s an ingrown hair or could be related to pregnancy or my period but I don’t know what it could be. any thoughts?
