I had a my first “outbreak” and went and got tested for HSV2 2 days ago by a blood test my results are back and it’s negative but when I got it physically looked at by another dr that same day because I wanted answers about what was going on down there she said it looks to be herpes, didn’t specify which one. Swabbed it then gave medicine. Is it possible that when she looked down there she could’ve falsely assumed it was herpes or it’s too soon to show in a blood test because my test says <0.90 which is definitely negative. It was an HSV IGG blood test btw.
