Ultrasound couldn’t find lump?

Question

I had a physical where my doctor found a lump within my breast so she sent me for an ultrasound.. the ultrasound tech could not seem to find it and said it’s likely normal breast tissue.. 
though my doctor has yet to review the scan 
I’m not sure what to think? Please comment your opinion

I would get a second opinion or request another ultrasound or a mammogram

I had a friend who found a lump and she went to the doctor and it disappeared and came back and she was told when they did check it that it was just caused by hormones and wasn’t anything serious
