Is it ok to buy flowers for myself?

My boyfriend never buys me flowers and that is ok. I don’t remember the last time he got me flowers and I’m not going to tell him to get me flowers, I’m just going to buy some for myself 
Is that ok or would that be weird?
If he sees flowers in my room, what if he thinks another guy got them for me? Or something

Just say you know what this place need “flower” and just let him know you are going to go buy som and have the receipt just in case... you do not have to explain your self, but I believe that’s how you keep a relationship healthy. Comunication

Totally okay! You buy yourself other things, what's wrong with flowers?
If he thinks another guy got them  and doesnt believe that you just got them for yourself then he has major trust issues and you don't want to deal with that anyway.

Anyone can buy flowers. Including yourself. Its fine to treat yourself. It might also give him a kick up the backside and make him consider buying you more gifts. 
Personally i find them a bit of a pointless gift as they can be expensive (depending on which flowers you like) and they don’t last longer than a few weeks.

I’ve bought flowers for myself before, I personally don’t think it’s weird 🤷‍♀️
I mean I don’t tend to go all out on the expensive ones, but I love having plants and flowers in our house so it’s not unusual for me to do that, and my boyfriend knows it 😂 even it’s a £1 bunch of daffodils which are out at the moment!! 😍😍
