Have any of you guys spotted like this?!?? I spoke to my nurse this morning and they said if it turns more red then I should be worried. What do you guys think?

that’s not spotting.. that’s way more. especially with the clots. i would go get checked out if you can.

Update: first of all thank you to all of you ❤️
I went I urgent care last night and they drew blood and the results came back as my HCG level dropped in half. From 10450 to 4900.
I went to my obgyn this morning and they did and ultra sound and said there was nothing in there just the sac. 
Tomorrow I’m having a DNC

I ended up miscarrying and I had my DNC on Wednesday the 18th.:( I’m alright just been resting up. Blessings to you all and thank you so much for you quick replies and responses it was much appreciated.❤️❤️❤️
