What are you taking

Hey guys! 
So I'm fairly new to this whole pcos, I got diagnosed last year but my dr said she wouldn't help with ttc until I regulated my periods and lost a lot of weight. 
Long story short I no longer see that dr..
 
But any way, I want to try to conceive with out having to go through the Drs. My periods are now regular and I do ovulate (I take tests) but is their anything over the counter that you would reccomend to take?

This will be the first month of REALLY trying, as I've decided (and with a very reluctant partner) that neither of us are getting any younger, we are stable with things and able to support and with pcos I don't want to leave it too late.

I'd love some advice as I really don't have a clue!

How did you get your periods regular with pcos without medical help? (Unless it was from meds of course).

Oh for that but I took contraception, once finished the course that was it..  Have lost a stone roughly too which I think may have helped. I was going 6 months with out a period now the most I go is 36 days
