Upper right back pain

Hi I’m 31w6days (FTM) For the last couple days I’ve had some really bad upper back pain. I’ve not had anything like it. Its like between my shoulder blade and my spine and even radiates lower than that all on my right side. It’s only on my right side and I thought it was like a strained muscle or pinched nerve at first (even though idk how, it just randomly started hurting Sunday evening) but it hasn’t gotten any better and it’s constant and even hurts to breathe and move!! What u think? Anyone else? Ima mess 😅 it’s awful cause I stil have this cough that I’ve had pretty much my entire pregnancy and it REALLY hurts when I cough too?
