What laundry detergent do you all recommend for a toddler with sensitive skin but makes a lot of stains? I bought this sample to try but I wanted to hear some opinions

This is what we use for our 14 month old son who has eczema and it works great!! I have an app called “think dirty” and it rates products from 0-10 (0 being the cleanest with the fewest toxins and 10 being the one with the most toxins and chemicals), this one has a 0, with tide free and clear being ranked at a 5.

I use all or tide free and clear haven’t had any issues with it I have a 3 year old who loves to be outside in the dirt or mud so far it’s gotten the stains out of his clothes.

I haven’t tried Puracy’s laundry detergent but I use their stain remover with Dropps detergent pods and it works well
