Dent in center of 3 month old ribs

You can see it more when he breaths in.. I also feel as if his chest goes super wide when he breaths in.. I have a doctors appointment in 3 weeks they won’t see him until then due to the virus.. I Think it’s weird because at this age they typically have a lump not a dent.. my older son didn’t have this.. any idea what it could be?
