I have been seeing a fertility Dr and finally got a positive pregnancy test! Today was my first ultrasound and according to my last period I should be 6 weeks tomorrow. The ultrasound tech could hardly see the yolk sac and didn't see the babies (I did have 2 sacs though!) She said it was normal but the nurse said around 6-7 weeks you can hear the heartbeat...but we can't even see the babies yet. The nurse said I may have ovulated late but I checked my calendar and I ovulated between 12-14 days which is normal so I don't understand. Anyone experience something similar? I don't want to panic because they said it was fine but it still makes me worry...
