Methotrexate

Just got a methotrexate shot yesterday for a suspected ectopic. They did a biopsy of my uterus to confirm there wasn’t a pregnancy there since US’s didn’t show anything (not sure if this is normal practice and I’m dreading getting the bill for this! Also it hurt like a b@*#$!) but anyway I felt comfortable going forward with the shot knowing the results. Sitting here waiting for the side effects to start...so far only mild cramping and increased bleeding. I know it’s only a small dosage but still a little paranoid about going back to work in a few after receiving a shot that makes you immunocompromised especially with covid19 here (I am a nurse). But what sucks the most is having to wait to try to conceive again.
