Hypothyroidism

I’ve been having some stomach issues (bloating, lack of appetite,etc) so my dr sent me to get bloodwork done and my TSH came back as 6.22. My doctor is talking to everyone on the phone rn to stop people from coming in the office with CoronaVirus and it’s been hard to get ahold of him. I started the Levothyroxine (0.025mg) once daily yesterday. When will I get my appetite back? What were your symptoms? Is my lack of appetite from something else? Where do I go from here??? I don’t know much about the whole thyroid thing. I’ve already lost about 10 pounds? in like a week and a half? I weigh 280 now..
