Help unwanted baby

Hi, so Idk what to do but I'm stuck with my mother who is against abortion for 40 weeks and she took my car keys and only she can leave (if I try to leave an alarm goes off) and I'm expecting but dont want to keep it. Does anyone know I can cause a miscarriage in these early stages? I don't wanna give baby bad life since I cant raise it in a toxic household
