Earthquake with kids
We live in Utah and have been getting hit hard on and off all day. My 6 year old is really freaked out and was having a full anxiety break down rapid breathing, shaky, etc now he won’t talk, play, eat, use the restroom, nothing. He’s just kind of blank staring in his own world. Has been for about 3 hours. How do I help him? 😭
