Is it possible to have too much sex when you’re trying to conceive? I know I’m not fertile yet but just would like some input. Thank you! 💓

It's best to have sex maybe once or twice a week so that way the males sperm and build up for a better chance on getting that BFP!!

Actually The amount of sex varies from couple to couple as not all bodies are the same. If his sperm count is low, then try having sex every other day. If his sperm count is normal, then sex every 24 hrs is not going to hurt anything.
