I’m currently 7 weeks and 6 days with my first and T1 Diabetic I just talked to my OB and she said she wants me not to carry no longer than 39 weeks. Also if the baby isn’t too big I can have a vaginal birth but if not I have to have a c-section.

I’m only 9w3d but my ob stated that he’ll try for a natural birth but depending on size of baby it may be a csection. Some diabetics can have big babies. Some have normal sized. My doc also stated that he probably wouldn’t have me go past 38 weeks.
