Eyeshadow smudging
So when I put on eyeshadow, in like a matter of minutes, it’s all of my eyes and down my cheeks. It’s everywhere. I’ve tried using regular primer and eyeshadow primer and it still doesn’t change a thing. Any tips on how to make my eye makeup stay in place??
