Spray the borders of the house inside with raid for ants 
You can set traps but make sure the traps are outside or they’ll attract more ants inside

Can’t tell for certain, but they look like ants or potentially termites (maybe both). It’s hard to tell with the camera quality.
Call an exterminator.
