Menstrual cups + tampons advice
Hi, I just turned 15 and i’ve been really wanting to use a tampon because i’ve begun competitive swimming competitions. Normally when i was on my period i would just skip practice. But i can’t skip out on combos .While most woman stop bleeding in the water i don’t for some reason so if anyone wants give some advice for my first time that would be amazing 💞💞💞
