It just really depends on the person. Some women, even without PCOS, ovulate but don't have fertile cm but have everything else that comes with ovulation. Some women, don't have any other signs of ovulation, but only have fertile cm. It just really depends on you. The only accurate way to see if you're ovulating is through ovulation tests.
