Coughing in March...?

Just wondering if anyone in the world experiences the same thing as me. For about 8 years, I get a cough all throughout March. It’s almost a joke at this point, March comes and a few days in I get this dry, tickling cough and it lasts all the way to the end of March. Ive been to my doctor many times and they give me antibiotics which never helps, so every year I just wait it out. I get absolutely no other symptoms either, no allergy or sickness symptoms. Any insight or experiences appreciated
