You really should not wash chicken before cooking it. You're spreading all kinds of bacteria everywhere that will burn off during the cooking process

I wash mine I know its not necessary but you never know how dirty the equipment used to package it is I use too work at a place where they made Organic and Non GMO "healthy" chips and let me tell you there was nothing sanitary about the equipment or staff people would touch everything and wouldn't wash thier hands if a QC or someone from management was looking sooo  🤷
