Am I crazy?

Hey y’all! So for the last year and a half my fiancé and I have been talking about trying for baby number 2! We currently have a 3 year old girl who is our entire world! We had originally decided I would stop birth control in November but he wasn’t quite ready and we figured we would wait a few months and discuss it again in February. So February came around and we kinda talked about me stopping for health reasons (ie I’ve been having my heart checked out, am a migraine sufferer and doc said bc was not great for that). Well one night I was taking my pill and asked for his water to take it, he said “what pill” I told him bc and he said “thought you weren’t taking that anymore” I old him I was thinking about it and it was a joint decision I wouldn’t make and not tell him for sure. Well long story short, I stopped taking it feb 13. No pregnancy symptoms other than sore nipples and bigger appetite but I tested a few times anyways. All were negative. I figured what the heck, I’ll test today just to see because I haven’t had a period in March yet and I’m pretty sure I see a faint positive line! I’ll test again in a few days with my fiancé to make sure but what do y’all think?
